Pole fitness is the ultimate full body work out. Working through tricks and transitions on the pole and putting them into combos is a challenging and fun way to increase strength, balance and stamina.
Prerequisites: None, all fitness levels welcome.
What to wear: Shorts and a crop or t-shirt and bare feet - we need skin to grip the pole
